The Guilty in the SC Legislature - Year 2007-2008

There are a great many guilty persons in our legislature, as seen from the 2006 legislative session – where a narrow vote on a state-wide smoking ban failed to pass by only three votes. So far this session there has been no chamber-wide vote on any ban. There was, however, a chamber-wide vote on a cigarette tax increase.
